Genrep Ltd./Ltée v. Industrial Light & Electric Inc., 2008 WL 1748377, Justice Gordon of the Ontario Superior Court, on an application to issue a certificate of pending litigation against property the Plaintiff wished to trace trust funds into, denied the application on the basis that the action was stayed pursuant to section 69.1(1)(a) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the "BIA").
