Re American Bullion Minerals Ltd. (2007) BCSC 1083, minority shareholders applied to the Court to annul the bankruptcy of the debtor company. The trustee in bankruptcy filed an opposing motion for a declaration that the minority shareholders did not have standing in the bankruptcy to make such an application.
