Effective December 30, 2005, a new National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (the "New Instrument") and Companion Policy 43-101CP to the New Instrument (the "Companion Policy") came into effect, replacing the previous instrument and companion policy.
