Strategies for Complying with Canada's New Privacy Law

The Act sets out, at Schedule 1, ten principles which apply to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information by organizations in the course of commercial activity. Reference to these principles will assist staff in your organization to understand what is required in order to comply with the Act. These principles are summarized in Issue No.1 of the Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP Focus on Privacy Law series.
