Ontario Securities Commission Raises the Bar for Continuous Disclosure: On February 29, 2008, staff of the Ontario Securities Commission ("OSC") raised the bar for corporate disclosure of environmental matters and made it clear that "boilerplate" disclosure clauses in the Annual Information Form ("AIF") or Management’s Discussion & Analysis ("MD&A") will no longer be acceptable.
