• Returning to work for a few days does not interrupt the period of conscious absence provided in Section 240 ARIAOD
• Taking drugs at work of working under the influence of drugs does not always justify dismissal
• To sanction drug consumption outside of work, it must be demonstrated that the consumption caused harm to the employer
