Capital Pool Companies in Québec

On October 29, 2002, the Commission des valeurs mobilières du Québec (the “Commission”) adopted Policy Statement 41-601Q, Les sociétés de capital de démarrage (the “Policy”). The Policy will allow Québec companies to participate in the Capital Pool Company Program of the TSX Venture Exchange that is currently in force in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Ontario.
