The new policy is far more extensive than the existing one and it draws an distinction between venture issuers and non‐venture issuers. Venture issuers are those reporting issuers that are not quoted on the Toronto Exchange, US Market Place other than AMI or the PLUS markets. Non‐venture issuers are simply any issuer that is not a venture issuer.
