Help Wanted: Hiring New Canadians

Ask the average Canadian what features define their nation, and after "hockey" and "universal health care" they are likely to answer, "multiculturalism". Canada's exalted "cultural mosaic" has, in recent years, been recognized as a hallmark of the Canadian identity. It should come as no surprise then that by 2031 over a quarter of Canada's population will be foreign born with visible minorities constituting the majority of the populations in Toronto and Vancouver.
