Renata Rizzardi practises real estate law with a primary focus on all aspects of commercial real estate. Renata represents many of North America's leading real estate developers, landlords, lenders, builders and entrepreneurs with particular attention to their legal needs in the context of specific business goals.

Renata provides advice and represents clients on matters involving joint ventures, acquisition of land and land assembly for commercial, industrial and residential use. She further provides advice on the acquisition of residential housing complexes including condominiums (with a thorough knowledge of residential apartment buildings), acquisition of shopping centres and industrial centres and development and disposition of developed and undeveloped land. Renata assists clients with respect to financing transactions, including financing of credit facilities for land development, financing of shopping centre operations, office and mixed use commercial developments.
