Anca Neacsu LL.L., LL.B., Associate

Anca Neacsu practises corporate and commercial law primarily in the field of mergers and acquisitions. She has developed a particular expertise in the construction area and she advises various clients on construction projects. She is familiar with the drafting and negotiation of EPC and EPCM agreements and all related consulting project management and contractors contracts.

Anca joined Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP in 2004, first as a summer student then later as an articling student. After the completion of her articles, she became an associate in 2007.
