Claude E. Leduc has been involved in several areas of commercial and corporate law over the past 40 years. He has acquired extensive experience in acquisitions, sales and corporate reorganizations of national and multinational businesses. He has participated in numerous conferences and seminars dealing with commercial and corporate law issues. Claude joined Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP in 1981 as a partner.
Claude has expertise in the following fields: acquisitions and sale of businesses; corporate reorganizations; private and public financings; and dealings with directors, shareholders and contractual partners of public corporations.
