Dana F. Hooker LL.M., LL.B., B.Sc., Associate

As an associate with Fraser Milner Casgrain’s Labour & Employment and Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution teams, Dana assists clients in navigating the many challenges present in today’s workplace and business environments.

Since joining Fraser Milner Casgrain, Dana has prepared submissions to the Workers Compensation Board, Workers Compensation Appeal Tribunal, British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal, Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner and Supreme Court of British Columbia.

Dana advises the firm's clients in a number of areas, and particularly, has taken an active and leading role in the firm's public and private-sector privacy practices. Dana has presented on privacy law both externally and internally, and brings her experience with provincial and federal privacy legislation to the University of British Columbia as a member of its Behavioral Research Ethics Board.
