As a partner in the Toronto office of Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP's national Insolvency and Restructuring Group, Jane's practice focuses on commercial restructuring, insolvency and related litigation.

Jane is a Fellow and lifetime member of INSOL International, a global federation of national associations for lawyers and accountants who specialize in turnaround and insolvency.
