Cindy Cheuk LL.B., B.A., Associate
Cindy is an associate with the Insolvency Group. Cindy regularly advises businesses, institutional lenders and court appointed monitors or trustees on issues arising in complex restructurings under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, as well as general issues relating to debt recovery, security realization and bank litigation matters. 

Cindy primarily practises insolvency litigation and she has appeared as counsel for clients in all levels of Court in British Columbia.
