Kim is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Commercial and Securities Law practice groups and has assisted senior counsel and clients in a variety of transactions related to private placements, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, income trust public financings and corporate governance. Kim has experience in assisting clients with commercial transactions, corporate reorganizations, private and public financings, and continuous disclosure requirements.
During her time at the University of Victoria, Kim completed several co-op terms including a term with the British Columbia Public Service Agency, Labour Relations and Advocacy Branch representing management in labour arbitration matters and a term with the Singapore office of Freshfields, Drew & Napier where she practiced in the areas of securities, corporate commercial and finance law.
