Lowell offers over 30 years of experienced counsel with a focus on providing strategic advice related to construction matters. His practice is largely focused on the representation of owners, institutions, engineering firms, contractors, sureties, consultants and suppliers involved in both industrial and commercial construction. He is presently representing clients in relation to the wide variety of large individual projects and ongoing construction programs in the commercial, institutional and industrial sectors.
Lowell is head of the Calgary Construction Group.
Lowell has also appeared as lead counsel before the Supreme Court of Canada, at all levels of Alberta courts, as well as appearing in alternate dispute resolution settings.
