As a partner in the firm’s Corporate Commercial Section, Robert acts as general counsel to a major natural resource company and provides legal advice on the planning, organizing, financing, constructing and operating of its facilities and participates in the negotiation of all related contracts.

Robert works as corporate secretary and advisor to the board of an economic development agency and to a large recycling agency and is the governance advisor to several public sector institutions.
