John has extensive experience in virtually all aspects of corporate, commercial and insurance litigation. His practice extends to general commercial litigation, such as employment litigation, personal injury work and appellate advocacy. As well, he has been involved in several real estate development projects in and about the city of Ottawa. He was appointed Queen’s counsel in 1977 and is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Successful defence of a motion to bifurcate liability and damages at trial
