Christopher practises tax law with particular expertise in the area of corporate restructurings and acquisitions involving Canadian businesses. He also provides advice with respect to the income tax aspects of complex domestic and cross-border financings, and financial instruments including derivatives, securities lending and collective investment funds. Christopher also has specialized expertise with respect to transfer pricing and the taxation of stock options and other equity incentives.
