Paul specializes in commercial real estate law and environmental law. As a member of the Real Estate Group, Paul regularly advises Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP clients on matters ranging from commercial leasing to land sales and acquisitions. He often deals with large, multi-jurisdiction asset sale, purchase and secured transactions, and is an expert on Ontario land transfer tax. As a member of the Environmental Law Group, he manages various environmental issues for clients, including due diligence for environmental liabilities, negotiating contractual provisions relating to environmental issues and supervising environmental assessments.
