Phil practises in the firm’s Litigation Department, focusing on construction and commercial matters. He has represented clients on projects across North America and has appeared before the Alberta Securities Commission, the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench and Court of Appeal, as well as the British Columbia Supreme Court and the Saskatchewan Court of Queen’s Bench.
