Ginevra Saylor J.D., B.A., National Director of Knowledge Management

As National Director of Knowledge Management, Ginevra develops and leads implementation of the firm’s knowledge management strategy and initiatives. She designs new projects and practice tools to leverage and build the firm’s knowledge base, supervises and enhances established knowledge management programs and databases, and works with the firm’s practice groups and administrative departments to enhance their business processes, matter management, and overall efficiency and effectiveness. Her role also includes helping the firm develop and maintain standards, advance and assure quality, and evaluate and integrate new practice support technology. 

Ginevra has worked in law firm knowledge management for the past eight years and directed knowledge management at another major Toronto law firm before joining FMC. She practised law for nearly ten years as a litigator, primarily in Philadelphia, before moving to Canada in 1994 and taught Civil Trial Advocacy at the Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia. She has also worked as a law instructor in Canada and English teacher in Greece.

Ginevra is a member of the firm’s Pro Bono, Diversity, Privacy, and United Way committees.
