Julie is a partner in the Real Estate Group in our Toronto office, practising primarily in the area of commercial leasing.

Julie works with developers, landlords and tenants to draft and negotiate commercial leases and all related documentation as well as advising on related issues such as default, termination and relief from forfeiture.

Julie is a frequent contributor to Legal Alert and the Shopping Centre Newsletter on commercial leasing topics. Julie has also co-authored numerous other articles for various publications.
