Noel is Counsel and is National Co-ordinator of the firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Noel was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1977, having been admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Judicature in Northern Ireland in 1968. He was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 2002. He has twenty-seven years experience in the oil and gas industry, retiring as Senior Counsel with Imperial Oil Limited in June, 2004.

Noel’s primary role is the management of the Alternate Dispute Resolution activities and its development within the national practice of Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP.
