Doug Quick practises in the areas of municipal, land use planning and real estate law. He has acted as legal counsel for both the private and public sector, including the City of Toronto, the Town of Richmond Hill and Public Works Canada.

Doug assists clients with respect to major redevelopments in the Greater Toronto Area, including the negotiation of complex municipal approvals, cost sharing, subdivisions, density bonusing and related development agreements. Doug pioneered density bonusing techniques in the City of Toronto. He has extensive experience in all aspects of the municipal planning and development process, as well as with major corporate/commercial and real estate transactions.
