Since graduating from law school, Tom has practiced in the civil litigation and regulatory areas, and has a broad range of experience in commercial and insurance related dispute resolution. He joined Fraser Milner Casgrain’s Calgary office in 1995 and became a partner of the firm in 1999.
In the course of his civil litigation practice, Tom has appeared before numerous administrative boards, all levels of Courts in Alberta, as well as the Federal Court of Canada and the Newfoundland Court of Appeal. Tom also participates regularly in mediations and other forms of dispute resolution.
