Brenda is the Paralegal Manager of the Calgary Corporate Services Department and has been with the firm since 1981. Her administrative duties include supervision of the corporate paralegals in the Calgary office, distribution of assignments, conducting on-going evaluations, as well as implementation and maintenance of training and education for paralegals.

Brenda also maintains an active workload and continues to have extensive involvement at a senior paralegal level in major corporate transactions.

With the privatization of corporate registration services by the Alberta government in 1998, Brenda's expertise in the corporate field has become an invaluable tool to the firm and its corporate clients.
