David Moscovitz focuses his practice on commercial real estate law and general business law. He has extensive experience in acquisitions, divestments, dispositions, financings and joint ventures, as well as other commercial real estate and business law matters.
David acts for many lenders on realty-related borrowings. He represents developers and lenders in condominium development matters and has lectured for the Law Society of Upper Canada's Continuing Education Programs on this and related topics.
