Chris represents local, national and international clients in a variety of commercial disputes including complex commercial litigation, contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, product liability litigation, and employment related litigation. Chris also advises clients who are responding to public solicitations and represents clients in public procurement disputes including appearances before the Federal Court of Canada and the Canadian International Trade Tribunal.

Chris has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Appeal, Federal Court of Canada and the Canadian International Trade Tribunal.

Represented a multi-national client in successfully negotiating the resulting contract from one of Canada’s largest shipbuilding related solicitations
Represented an international client in complex, policy based litigation relating to a public solicitation
Represented a Canadian firm in challenging one of the largest public procurement awards in the National Capital Region
Represented various corporate stakeholders in a number of “Oppression” disputes including appearances at the appellate level
