His expertise also includes advising clients in major project and infrastructure development, public-private partnerships, privatization and procurement projects including all governmental approvals. Colin also provides expert advice on environmental matters in connection with real property.

Prior to joining Fraser Milner Casgrain, Colin worked with the B.C. Ministry of the Attorney-General advising the province on real estate and resource matters.
