As a Partner with Fraser Milner Casgrain's Real Estate, Public Private Partnership, and Environmental Practice Groups, Colin is instrumental in structuring and assisting clients through the real property and major project development processes including public private partnerships.
Working closely with vendors, purchasers and developers, Colin is a trusted advisor in connection with property and development projects spanning a wide variety of commercial, residential, industrial, resort and financing matters. His expertise also includes advising clients in major project and infrastructure development, public private partnerships, privatization and procurement projects including all governmental approvals. Colin also provides expert advice on environmental matters in connection with real property.
Prior to joining Fraser Milner Casgrain, Colin worked with the B.C. Ministry of the Attorney-General advising the province on real estate and resource matters.
