David Lobl J.D., B.A., Associate

David Lobl’s practice focuses on general corporate commercial litigation and dispute resolution in various areas, including real estate. Representing landlords, tenants, developers and condominium boards, he advises on issues ranging from leases, to parking and by-laws. David also acts for licensors and franchisees in franchise litigation.

As preferred counsel for LawPro, David deals with professional negligence cases arising out of estates matters. He also advises clients on estate litigation issues, such as administration, guardianships, passings of accounts, and will challenges and rectification.

Frequently assisting senior legal counsel, David has played an active role in achieving favourable court decisions for our clients. He has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, Divisional Court, and the Superior Court of Justice (including the Estates and Commercial Lists).
