David is a member of the Insolvency and Restructuring Group in Calgary where he focuses on advising clients in relation to insolvency matters and commercial disputes.

He has appeared before the Alberta Court of Appeal, the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta and the Provincial Court of Alberta.

David's expertise results from eight years of experience and involvement in all aspects of insolvencies and reorganizations, and related litigation. He has represented institutional lenders, debtors, trustees and receivers, shareholders, directors and other important stakeholders requiring advice during various insolvency processes.
