David is a member of the Insolvency and Workout Group in Calgary where he focuses on advising clients in relation to insolvency matters and commercial disputes.
He has appeared before the Alberta Court of Appeal, the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta and the Provincial Court of Alberta.
