Nathalie Lauzier joined the Real Estate Group of Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP in July 2008. She has more than 10 years of experience as a paraprofessional in major law firms. She conducts reviews and analyses property titles, prepares documents to be published at the Land Registry Office and assists lawyers on major files.

She conducts queries in several registers, such as the Québec Land Register, the Registre du domaine de l’État, Gestim, the Register of Personal and Movable Real Rights, the Québec Enterprise Registrar, Corporations Canada, the Bank of Canada, the Register of the Office of the Superintendant of Bankruptcy Canada and Azimut.

She has worked on various major mandates, such as title examination and/or financing transactions for wind turbines, mining companies and commercial buildings.
