Chris joined Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP as a summer student in 2005, returned for his articles in 2007 and is now practising as a litigation lawyer with the firm’s Construction Group. Chris’s practice focuses primarily on Construction and Infrastructure projects, and his experience includes a combination of litigation and solicitor’s work. He has worked on a variety of builders’ lien and collection matters, tendering and construction disputes, and other types of litigation. Chris has represented owners and contractors in a wide variety of construction disputes.
Complementing his Construction and Infrastructure practice, Chris also has experience with Technology and Intellectual Property. Formerly a software developer and software project manager, Chris designed, developed and deployed software projects for clients based in Vancouver, B.C., San Francisco, California and London, England. Chris has also been involved in the marketing of consumer software products on behalf of developers based in the United States, Italy, Australia and the United Kingdom. To this end, Chris has expertise with software licensing and transaction-processing systems in the United States, Europe, Canada, and elsewhere in the world.
