Dunniela Kaufman LL.M., LL.B., B.A., Counsel

Dunniela has experience with the interpretation of the WTO agreements, as well as NAFTA and other regional trade agreements. She is also qualified and knowledgeable in both the Canadian and American legal systems, which facilitates her international practice. In addition, and complimentary to her experience in international regulation, Dunniela possesses an in-depth knowledge of Canadian government and domestic public policy.

Dunniela is an active participant in Liberal Party politics at both the Federal and Provincial levels. Prior to attending the Georgetown University Law Centre to obtain her LL.M., she spent a year-and-a-half working on Parliament Hill. More recently, she served as a member of the campaign committee and policy committee for the Ontario Liberal Party’s 2003 and 2007 campaigns. She continues to serve on these committees for the 2011 campaign.
