Andrew joined Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP in 2002. He practises planning and development law, environmental law, including Brownfield development, as well as municipal and administrative law. Andrew assists clients in navigating development applications and with matters of federal and provincial environmental regulation. He also advises and represents clients with consent, minor variance, zoning and Official Plan matters at the Ontario Municipal Board.
Andrew’s previous experience includes time spent with the Ontario Government working on municipal, planning and administrative law matters. He has made regular appearances before municipal councils, committees, and a number of administrative tribunals, such as the Ontario Municipal Board, the Residential Tenancies Board, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission, as well as before the Courts.
Andrew was the recipient of The Osgoode Society for Canadian Legal History Prize as one of the top 25 students in the Bar Admissions Course (class size over 1,100).
