Naomi is an associate in the Employment & Labour Group of Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP’s Toronto office, where she practises in all areas of employment and labour law. She provides practical and strategic advice to employers on a wide range of issues, including employee hiring, employment agreements, workplace policies, employment standards, discipline and termination, separation packages, and human rights. Naomi represents employers in court in wrongful dismissal actions, restrictive covenant disputes, and injunctions and before various administrative tribunals, including the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and labour relations boards. She also conducts supervisory development and harassment prevention training to prevent workplace disputes.
