Salim M. Hirji LL.B., B.A. (Hons.), Associate

Salim is an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2003 and the British Columbia Bar in 2006. Prior to joining Fraser Milner Casgrain, Salim practised at another national firm in Toronto and Vancouver.

Salim practises in the area of civil litigation, with an emphasis on commercial disputes, creditor's remedies, and construction disputes. Salim also has experience in the areas of expropriation and municipal law.

Salim has appeared as counsel before the British Columbia Supreme Court, the British Columbia Provincial Court, and at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Appeal. He has also appeared before various administrative tribunals in Ontario and British Columbia.
