Rachel joined FMC as an articling student in 2008 and now practices with the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Litigation Groups.

Rachel has experience with a variety of litigation matters relating to corporate-commercial disputes, contract interpretation and insurance claims. She has appeared before the Provincial Court of Alberta and the Court of Queen’s Bench.  Rachel has also acted as counsel in private arbitrations.
