Laurence is a partner and Co-Chair of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group at Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP. Laurence is also the regional Toronto head of such group.

Laurence specializes in corporate law, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and workouts, private equity, and corporate finance.

Laurence has over 25 years of experience and has acted as a senior business advisor to numerous corporations and businesses. Laurence has also acted in significant acquisitions, debt and equity financings and other transactional matters on behalf of a diverse group of clients, including chartered banks, investment banks, pension funds, private equity and mezzanine funds and restructuring funds.

Laurence has spoken and taught at the Law Society of Upper Canada. Laurence has also given numerous presentations and speeches to banks, financial institutions, accounting firms, private funds, investment banks and trade associations.
