Gordon practises tax law at Fraser Milner Casgrain with an emphasis on tax planning and litigation. He regularly advises on cross-border transactions and structures. Gordon has provided advice on various transactions involving intellectual property.
Gordon has written and lectured on a variety of tax issues including stock options, raising venture capital, correcting tax mistakes, and dealing with the Canada Revenue Agency. Gordon is the Editor-in-Chief of Business Vehicles, published by Federated Press.
Gordon is also a member of the Tax Practice Advisory Panel of the British Columbia Branch of the Canadian Bar Association, which provides assistance on taxation matters to individual members of the profession in British Columbia.
