Matthew is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Group with a focus on securities and shareholder dispute litigation, including class action litigation. Matthew has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Canada and Federal Court of Appeal and the Ontario Securities Commission. He also has experience with commercial arbitration and administrative law matters. Matthew has published several articles related to securities litigation and director and officer liability issues.
