Timothy is an associate in FMC's Tax Group. His practice focuses on domestic and international corporate tax planning and litigation. He clerked at the Tax Court of Canada during 2006-07. While in law school, Timothy was the Managing Editor of the Osgoode Hall Law Journal and the Obiter Dicta newspaper. As part of the John W. Graham Fellowship, he was a summer associate at the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission. During his articles, he was seconded to the Competition Law Division of the Department of Justice, where he worked on various competition law matters.
