John has very broad corporate, commercial and securities experience, and has handled a great number of mergers and acquisitions, financings and securities-related transactions, many with international facets ranging from the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe, to the Pacific Rim.

John is frequently involved in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, public companies and securities matters, including corporate governance and cross-border activities.

He has acted as counsel on business and financial matters pertaining to international investment, joint ventures, public companies and corporate governance.
