Joe is a partner in our Real Estate and Construction Law Groups. Joe specializes in real estate development and construction law and residential tenancy matters, in addition to various areas of the law related generally to the acquisition, development and management of residential property. Joe has represented a wide variety of developers, social housing organizations, builders, landlords, service providers, tenants and lenders, together with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, in respect of various matters. Joe is also involved in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including railway transactions and the development of power generation facilities.
