David practises in the areas of corporate and securities law with a focus on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. His experience includes public offerings and private placements, mergers and acquisitions and other business combinations. He also advises generally on Canadian securities law matters, including continuous disclosure, corporate governance and stock exchange listings. Prior to joining Fraser Milner Casgrain, David was a senior legal counsel with the Ontario Securities Commission in the Corporate Finance Branch.
