Jessie Church has been a corporate law clerk for more than 15 years and is presently in the Corporate Services Department at Fraser Milner Casgrain. She has extensive expertise in all aspects of corporate, commercial and tax related matters, including incorporations, organizations, amalgamations, continuances, amendments, dissolutions, reorganizations, drafting of share provisions, tax rollovers, business name registrations, partnership registrations, extra-provincial/territorial registrations, maintenance of corporate records and due diligence minute book reviews. 

Jessie is regularly involved with cross-Canada transactions for private and pension fund companies. She is also involved with the incorporation and organization of not-for-profit companies and charitable corporations (both Ontario and Federal) and has over three years of litigation experience.
