Clayton has a broadly based general commercial litigation practice, with expertise in a wide variety of areas including employment law and intellectual property matters. Clayton has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario and British Columbia and in the trial and appeal divisions of the Federal Court of Canada. He has also acted as counsel in numerous arbitrations and mediations, and has taken mediator training.
